Gozoop Might Acquire UAE-based 56 Blue Lights

Mumbai-based digital media agency Gozoop is in talks to acquire offline activation agency and syndicated content provider 56 Blue Lights in an all cash deal.

Dushyant Bhatia, co-founder and Director, Gozoop said, “We are excited about welcoming 56 Blue Lights into the fold. This move will allow us to enhance our acumen and expertise with stronger offline activations and events, so that we continue to provide our clients with the exceptional ideas and services that have become our hallmark.”

With complementing domains of expertise, the companies will together be able to leverage the potential of 360-degree marketing by coalescing online and offline marketing strategies.”
