14th March 2016, San Francisco : App Annie has acquired an app marketing data company named AppScotch. This was App Annie’s third successive deal after Distimo and Mobidiain in the last couple of years.
AppScotch based in San Francisco was formed by Andrey Kazakov and Max Gannutin in 2013. It offers a collection of various tools and services with the intention of bringing lucency to Mobile advertising.

App Annie, the mobile analytics company started this year by raising a whopping $63 million funding, one of the largest funding they have ever had. The company’s funding has raised the total of $135 million since May 2014.
