Zoho acquires, a hiring automation firm ePoise Systems

Zoho, which is a Chennai based software product giant has now acquired the ePoise System which is an automation startup for hiring at an undisclosed amount as it looks to expands its suite for the forty-odd application for the customers.

ePoise solution automated the multiple screening steps in the process of hiring, which includes video interviews and assessments that make the entire process of hiring more efficient and effective.

“The combination of Zoho’s global footprint and depth of product portfolio and ePoise product capability and talent will add value to our customers,” said Sridhar Vembu, CEO of Zoho. “We look for whether the acquisition plays well into our existing product portfolio, and more importantly if there is a cultural fit at a team level.”

The company which is founded by the Sachin Agarwal and Bishan Singh in 2013 and has secured $500000 in the seed funding round which is led by the Orios Venture Partners and some other angel investor is 2015. The clients base of the ePoise Systems includes the Ola, Delhivery, BookMyShow, and others.

“We are excited about being part of Zoho. It gives us an opportunity to make an impact at scale,” said Sachin Agrawal, CEO of ePoise.
