The developers built a secret side quest—The Storm Blade—to let players rediscover Jin’s legacy in a meaningful way. Completing it rewards you with both the iconic Storm Blade (a katana) and Jin’s Ghost Mask.
How to Unlock “The Storm Blade” Quest

3. Pursue the Thief
You must chase the last thief across broken bridges and through scenic terrain. The bridge collapses, forcing you to swim, climb, and follow the fox once again to a place called Home of the First Shinobi and a field of white flowers.
4. Final Confrontation and Recovery
At the graveyard site (often called the Graveyard of the Warrior of Storm), you’ll confront the remaining thief. Defeat them, reclaim the Storm Blade, and the quest will conclude with a cutscene.
