Lamborghini is moving quickly with the next chapter of its newest junior supercar. The upcoming Temerario Spyder has been spotted testing at the legendary Nürburgring, signaling that the open-top model is already in its final development phase.
That’s notable because deliveries of the Temerario coupe have only recently begun. Rather than waiting, Lamborghini appears ready to capitalize on early momentum by bringing the convertible version to market as soon as possible. Industry expectations point to a full reveal in the summer of 2026, likely timed around Monterey Car Week.
A Clever Roof Solution Expected
Although the prototype remains heavily camouflaged, a few design clues stand out. Space is limited behind the cabin because the Temerario uses a compact hybrid setup paired with a twin-turbocharged V8 engine. That means Lamborghini is expected to use a lightweight folding fabric roof rather than a traditional metal hardtop.
