Nanoclean Global Pvt Ltd, which is a nanotechnology startup which develops air filtration devices, has now secured Rs 4.2 crore in the funding round of Pre-Series A.
Nanoclean co-founder and CEO Prateek Sharma revealed that the deal making platform PitchRight, LetsVenture, AL Nour and 91Springboard were some of the investors which participated in the round.
Nanoclean was founded by the Sharma and some of the fellow IIT students Jatin and Tushar in 2017.
Nanoclean claims its nanotechnology-based filtering material is capable of stopping particular matter, which even refers to the microscopic solid particles and liquid droplets floating in the atmosphere.
Nanoclean proprietary nano-fiber technology has been developed by the IIT Delhi professors Ashwini Agarwal and Manjeet Jassal along with some of the founders. Both the Jassal and Agarwal are promoters of the company.
The startup aims to expand and build its expertise into the manufacturing regenerative medicines, performance textile, molecule filtration, drug delivery methods, and some other specialized medical products.
