Dailyhunt has secured $22 million from Sofina

Local language news and content aggregator, DailyHunt has now secured $22 Million in the funding round of fresh from the Sofina SA, according to the report which has been revealed.

DailyHunt owned by the Bangalore based Verse Innovation Pvt Ltd, secured the amount last month at a valuation of around $534 Million, according to the report which has been revealed.

Previously, Sofina invested around $25 Million in the Healthkart which is a Gurgaon based omnichannel health products.

The company was launched in the year 2009 by the former Nokia executives Umesh Kulkarni and was rebranded as DailyHunt in the August 2015.
