Ola, being India’s leading mobile app for personal transportation goes beyond that with customers and drivers using it multiple times a day. Design will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for a product that delivers a high frequency, on-demand service. Driving efficiencies in the business through design thinking would be integral to the business at scale and I am very excited about contributing to Ola’s vision.”
