Planning on evolving Gabite? Read on to know how you can make it possible. It is not difficult, and you’d rather have fun meanwhile. So, let’s begin the journey of fun!
About Gabite
Gabite is the powerful intermediate form of a popular Dragon/Ground-type Pokémon line in the games. It is not the first stage of a Pokémon; rather stands somewhere in the middle. No matter what image you get when you hear its name, it’s known as the Cave Pokémon. It evolves from Gible at Level 24 and then becomes the mighty Garchomp at Level 48. Gabite has a unique habit that may sometimes seem weird. It is that it loves shiny things and actively hoards raw gemstones in its nest while it’s digging! Yeah, it’s a thing! However, it is a fantastic Pokémon to have on your team for its raw strength and useful dual-typing, which can prove helpful in the long run.
Where can we find Gible?
Gible is a little land shark that is definitely worth the hunt you are about to make! The exact spot where you can look for it changes depending on the game you are playing, but generally, Gible is known to be a somewhat rare Pokémon to be found, and is often deep inside caves or in specific Wild Zones that have a rocky edge to them. We can take an example of the recent Sinnoh games, where you’d look for a secret entrance in the Wayward Cave under the Cycling Road. Just like that, in the newest Kalos titles, you’ll need to head to Wild Zone 8 and wait till you spot it. Different games have their own variations when it comes to the locations you can spot and catch them in. However, you can find your way around it soon!
Steps to evolve Gabite
If you want to evolve Gabite, then these are the steps that you will need.
Check for Everstone
An Everstone would hamper the process, no matter how much you think. Therefore, you must confirm that your Gabite is not holding an Everstone, as this item prevents evolution.
Reach Level 48
Another important thing is that you need to get your Gabite to Level 48. You can do this by battling wild Pokémon, facing off against trainers, or even using Rare Candies or EXP Candies. This is usually gradual, and you can think of doing that once you’re at the level.
Level Up
The next path needs some time. For that, gain the experience that is needed to hit the next level. Your part here is done, as whatever happens next will be when the level hits. Just sit back and watch the evolution. Your Gabite will transform into the mighty Dragon/Ground-type, Garchomp, completing its evolutionary line and thus giving you an amazing Pokémon.
