Steps to get Zelda’s stuff in Animal Crossing

Update Your Game
As the first step, make sure that you have the 3.0 update installed. This is the version that officially brought the Zelda and Splatoon collaborations to the island, and therefore, you must have it.
Go to Resident Services
Walk into the main building on your plaza and interact with the Nook Stop terminal or the ATM-style machine.
Scan a Zelda amiibo
Your screen will show you certain options. Select the option that says “Invite amiibo Camper.” When prompted, hold any Legend of Zelda series amiibo like Link, Zelda, or anything else over the NFC reader on your controller. This will trigger further prompts.
Unlock the Catalog
