Adopt AI Raises $6 Million to Make Applications “AI-First”
Founded by Deepak Anchala, Rahul Bhattacharya, and Anirudh Badam, Adopt AI is pioneering a transformation in how businesses interact with software. With $6 million in seed funding led by Elevation Capital, and participation from Foster Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, Darkmode Ventures, and a network of strategic angels, the startup is building a platform that allows companies to create AI-powered agents—without touching a single line of code.
At the heart of Adopt AI’s offering is a no-code, natural language interface. It allows enterprise and consumer apps to become intelligent, conversational, and workflow-automating tools. Instead of replacing legacy systems, Adopt AI integrates seamlessly into them, eliminating friction and learning curves typically associated with new AI tools.
“We’re building infrastructure that makes AI truly accessible,” said co-founder Anirudh Badam, a former Microsoft and Google AI leader, now the company’s Chief AI Officer. “This is about making intelligence native to every interface, not just adding AI on top.”
The startup is now gearing up to:
-
Grow its product and engineering team
-
Expand enterprise partnerships globally
-
Refine its platform for even more complex use cases
With backing from some of the sharpest minds in tech investment, Adopt AI is positioning itself as a foundational layer in the AI-first digital economy.
Flam Secures $14 Million to Lead the MR Content Revolution
Meanwhile, Flam, a trailblazer in mixed reality content experiences, has closed a $14 million Series A round led by RTP Global, with participation from Dovetail and other existing investors. This takes Flam’s total funding to $22 million since its inception in 2021.
Operating out of San Francisco and Bengaluru, Flam enables brands to deliver interactive 3D and MR campaigns across physical and digital media—think print ads, retail displays, packaging, even television—with no apps or browser redirects required. Its proprietary tech renders immersive experiences in under 300 milliseconds, a benchmark that currently has no rivals in the MR space.
The company boasts a client list that includes Google, Netflix, Flipkart, AJIO, and even a U.S. Presidential campaign. According to Flam, brands using its MR solutions see 49x higher engagement and 4x better conversions compared to traditional media.
With the new funds, Flam aims to:
-
Expand across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and strengthen its Asia footprint
-
Build a full-stack MR suite with tools for automated 3D asset creation, campaign publishing, and analytics
-
Democratize MR content by enabling MSMEs and individual creators to use its platform
“Series A capital brings laser focus to shipping the GenAI tool-chain that enterprises have been begging for,” said CEO Shourya Agarwal. “We’re also doubling down on monetization in India while aggressively growing in the U.S.”
India’s Deep-Tech Ecosystem Comes of Age
What sets both Adopt AI and Flam apart is their global-first product thinking combined with deep technical roots. They reflect a broader trend in India’s tech ecosystem—one where product-led, scalable, and frontier tech companies are taking shape with global ambitions from day one.
“Flam is not just about cutting-edge tech, it’s about vision and execution speed,” said Nishit Garg, Partner at RTP Global. “They’re building a category-defining company.”
