Using DataStage and Tableau, his team generated daily and weekly reports that provided real-time insights. “The dashboards and reports we built provided real-time insights that were used to make strategic decisions, optimize agent performance, and ultimately improve the overall efficiency of the business operations,” Saketh shares with pride.

His responsibilities expanded to include supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) operations, managing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, and leading migrations from on-premises solutions to cloud platforms. “Real-time data processing is critical in today’s data-driven landscape,” Saketh emphasizes. “It enables businesses to make timely decisions based on the latest data insights.”
