When we eagerly waited for the GTA VI release, Rockstar Games announced that they will release Grand Theft Auto VI on consoles in 2025, this does not mean that Xbox enthusiasts are now in a good mood. This also ends the wait speculations about the release and confirms the one-year wait for the players and enthusiasts. The developers did not say about not releasing the PC version so PC gamers will have to wait, as is the case with other Rockstar games, since GTA VI will probably launch first on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Nevertheless, the people who have suffered the most recently are Xbox customers due to rumors of resolution.
GTA 6 Faces Performance Challenges on Xbox Series S – Gamers Concerned Over 720p Resolution Cap
While it appears that owners of the PS5 and Xbox Series X won’t be impacted, owners of the Xbox Series S cannot say the same.
According to a recent video by the gaming analysis firm Digital Foundry, GTA VI will only be able to operate at 720p on the hardware since it is one of the less capable Xbox systems available right now. We can only speculate as to how intricate and graphically stunning Rockstar’s next game will be, given that there are rumors that it is officially the most costly game ever developed.
It isn’t very pleasant to experience it in a paltry 720p, to put it mildly. “I’m not trying to offend anyone who has the Series S, but that console is holding back so many games,” one comment read.
Another user said:
“I kinda hate the idea that supporting this dumb console means precious time lost on actually optimizing for next gen potential, just for making it ‘run’ at all on this potato. Such a waste of time and resources.”
GTA 6: A Return to Vice City with New Protagonist Lucia – A Sun-Kissed Journey Unveiled in the Latest Trailer
Rockstar Games’ GTA 6 will transport us back to Vice City’s sun-drenched streets in 2025. With hints of some of the amazing sights and sounds the state would have to offer, the first official GTA 6 teaser offered us a fairly amazing glimpse of Leonida. On December 4, 2023, Rockstar released the GTA 6 trailer, which had previously leaked online. The trailer was originally supposed to be released the next day, but plans changed. You can see it overhead, in all of its glorious sun-kissed splendor. One of GTA 6’s primary protagonists, Lucia, is introduced in this 91-second clip. Additionally, some stunning images of Vice City’s bars, beaches, and even an alligator will be shown.
The plot of GTA 6 appears to center on the couple as they try to pull off a major score. Apart from that, we are aware that it will occur in and around Vice City and that Lucia has been behind bars before. For the time being, we know a lot more about Lucia than the nameless man in the video; however, we’ll have to wait to find out if players will be able to manage Lucia and her partner in Grand Theft Auto 6.
