During the panel discussion industry experts from InMobi, GE, Juniper, and Time Inc, shared their insights about the need of technical recruitment to be made easy and how important it is for companies to make their technology hiring process data-driven. Companies need to use insights derived from pure data in order to optimize their tech hiring process further.
