Where is Dragonair found?
Dragonair is a mystical Pokémon often found in aquatic environments like large, pristine lakes and secluded seas. If you see a water body on the map, that’s the first place to look around. In the games, however, it’s usually obtained by evolving Dratini at Level 30. If you want to catch one directly, you’ll really have to use a Super Rod to fish in very specific, hidden spots. These spots include the Safari Zone in the Kanto region or the Dragon’s Den in Johto. Wild Dragonair catches are very difficult, and it is quite brilliant if you get to catch one!
Steps to evolve Dragonair
If you want to evolve Dragonair, then these are the steps that you need to follow.
Reach Level 55
The first and most important step to get your Pokémon evolved is leveling up your Dragonair to Level 55. You don’t need anything else. Just make sure it reaches that very level.
Gain Experience Or XP
You need to quickly collect as many XP as you can. You can raise its level quickly by battling high-level wild Pokémon or other Trainers. Using the Lucky Egg held item or even performing some Excellent Throws if you are playing Pokémon GO will boost the experience it gains.
Use Rare Candies
Another tip we can give you is to use rare candies, especially if you want to hasten the process. So, just use a Rare Candy from your bag when Dragonair is Level 54. This will instantly increase its level to 55, triggering the evolution and getting you the desired Pokémon. Remember that once Dragonair hits Level 55, the evolution sequence will automatically begin after the battle or when the Rare Candy is used, transforming Dragonite! This is a massive, orange Pokémon that you just need to fix your game.
