Get a Shiny Stone to Begin With
This is the special item Floette needs if it has to evolve! You can usually find Shiny Stones scattered around the game world, or you can sometimes buy them at the shops in the game. Either way, you should get yourself a Shiny Stone first.
Go to the Inventory
Once you have the stone, open your inventory and select it from there. Once you have gotten it with you, you can choose your Floette to use the item on. The level doesn’t really matter, and you can evolve it at any level. With this, the evolution will immediately trigger, and you’ll have your Florges!
