This is a special item that you’ll be needing in the process. You can get it as a reward from specific Side Missions like “Steadfast as Steel,” which is a late-game quest, or simply buy one at Racine Construction after reaching the post-game slowly.
Give the Item and Trade
Give the item to it and make sure your Scyther is holding the Metal Coat. Another important thing is that you must trade your Scyther holding the Metal Coat with another player using the Link Play feature. It will evolve into Scizor immediately once you trade it.
