Steps to get Conqueror’s Haki
If you want to get Conqueror’s Haki in Sailor Piece, then these are the steps that you can follow.
- Prep your character from the beginning, as you need to reach Ascension Level 5. If you are not there yet, focus on pushing your base stats because you cannot start the process without reaching this milestone.
- You also need to get your Armament Haki up to level 40 and Observation Haki up to level 25. If they are not fulfilled, you will not be able to trigger the necessary quest requirements in the game menu.
- With this done, you have to hunt for a Conqueror Fragment next. These are extremely rare drops that you can find from world bosses or high-tier dungeons. If you don’t find them, skip and jump servers.
