• You need to raise a claim by the 15th of May in 2025. You also need to take an oath that Siri was activated without your prior permission.

The website where the users are required to raise their claims is not active as yet. But it is soon to be activated for the claims to be raised and registered. Make sure you keep an eye on the updates regarding the same to not miss the dates. 

Is the claim on Apple’s Siri correct? 

We cannot say with certainty if it is. However multiple allegations have been raised in the past that never made it to the court of law.
