The BTS ARMY Membership is essentially an official “fan club” pass that brings you closer to the band and all the artists. You can buy it through the Weverse Shop, and it unlocks a bunch of exclusive perks you can’t get anywhere else. This is something that can mean a lot to a fan! This includes early access to concert tickets, the chance to apply for music show tapings, and special “Members Only” content like photos and videos that you can view. There’s also a physical “Membership Kit” you can buy separately that comes with so many things. It includes cool merch like a personalized ID card and photobooks. It doesn’t necessarily get you physically close to them, but it helps you gain access to so many things that are personalized and keep you digitally close to your idols.
Steps to join the BTS Army membership
If you want to join the BTS Army membership, then these are the steps that you can follow.
Download the Weverse App
As the first thing, you have to download “Weverse” and “Weverse Shop,” which are two separate apps from the App Store or Google Play. Getting them ready by signing up will get you started.
Create Your Account
Sign up using an email address you use primarily or at least one that is used by you at times. Another thing you must remember is that the email that you use to sign up here matches your Ticketmaster email exactly. This helps you book the concert tickets with ease.
Pick Your Shop
Open the Weverse Shop app, select BTS, and choose your region, which can be anywhere, for example, Global, USA, or Japan. Make sure you pick your region well to avoid any technical glitches.
Buy the Membership
Go to the “Membership” category and select the ARMY Membership. It will simply cost around $22–$30 USD, which is not huge in this field. Just fill in your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID, and you are good to go.
Check Your Digital Card
Once you have paid the amount, your digital membership card will appear in the Weverse app under the “More” tab. This is where you’ll find your 9-digit ID number starting with “BA.”
