Use vote.gov to register for USA
To start the voter registration process, go to vote.gov. Choose your territory or state. You will discover instructions on how to register based on its rules:

How to Cast a Vote Online (India)
For Indian nationals who reach the age of 18 on the qualifying dates (1 January, 1 April, 1 July, and 1 October of the year of revision of electoral roll), the Election Commission of India provides online voter registration. A citizen may use the National Voters’ Service Portal to fill out Form 6 online and register as a general voter. Additionally, registered voters had to verify their enrollment status.
