First Playthrough: Preparing The Puzzle
Your first objective is to unlock Marie’s Doll. This requires performing several hidden actions during the early parts of the game.
Follow these steps carefully.
1. Wait At The Meat Processing Plant
During the basement section of the Rhodes Hill facility, you will reach the meat processing plant where zombies are dropped into a grinder.
When you arrive at this area:

Stand near the processing system.

Wait for about 15 minutes before moving forward.
You do not need to fight enemies during this time. Simply remain in the area and let the system continue processing bodies.
This step quietly activates an internal game trigger needed for the puzzle.
2. Do Not Kill Any Zombies In The Grinder Area
After waiting the required time, you will proceed through the conveyor belt sequence.
This part is extremely important.
While moving through the area:

Instead, stun or push them

Allow the machinery to pull them into the grinder
If you kill even a single zombie directly, the puzzle sequence will break and the doll will not appear later.

3. Flush A Toilet Eight Times
After escaping the basement, continue exploring the facility until you reach the West Wing.
Find a restroom and interact with one of the toilets.
Then perform the following action:

4. Continue Playing Normally
