NSEIT, the subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange, has acquired cybersecurity firm Aujas Networks Ltd. the financial details have not been disclosed yet.
NSIT said that this acquisition will further strengthen its cybersecurity offerings. NSEIT will help Aujas scale its services and capabilities

NSEIT and Aujas will focus on offering market leading solutions to customers globally. Aujas is a perfect fit due to its expertise in cybersecurity transformation services, strong team, and global customers,” said N Muralidharan, CEO & MD, NSEIT.

Aligning to the NSE Group would enable us to accelerate growth in newer competencies and enhance opportunities for our fantastic team,” said Sameer Shelke, CEO, Aujas.
Aujas will continue to be led by the current management team, Mr. Sameer Shelke will lead Aujas as its Chief Executive Officer, while Mr. Srinivas Rao will serve as Mentor.

Aujas Networks was founded in 200. It provide information security consulting and IT risk management services with operations in India, Middle East and North America.
