Postman raises $50M from Nexus Venture

Bangalore and San Francisco based collaboration platform for the development of API, Postman, has now secured $50 Million in the fresh funding round led by the CRV with the collaboration from Nexus Venture Partners and some other investors.

The company which also claims that it has more than 7 Million users on its platform with more than 30000 companies registered, plans to use the funds to accelerate its product engineering roadmap, build better customer support and sign up more enterprise customers for its worldwide clients.

The latest funding brings the total funding secured by the Postman to $58 million, with the company has secured $7 Million in the funding round of Series A.

“Postman has created a powerful collaboration platform for the entire API development lifecycle. CRV is deeply involved in the API and microservices space, and we have been tracking Postman from its early days in Bangalore,” said Devdutt Yellurkar, general partner at CRV. “Over the past couple of years, Postman has emerged as true API development and testing platform.”
