If you have been patiently waiting for the next release of the Samsung flagship, well, wait a little longer because the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE may still take a few more months to arrive. Trust me, I am not one to enjoy that lack of resolution too – in fact, it feels like our nerves are being totally on edge with all those freezing lights! However, let me explore some of the things that have been revealed so far so that one can make a decision whether to wait for it or not.

How much to wait

You know how sometimes you are eagerly waiting for your pizza delivery guy and it seems like he has taken ages. That’s the best way I can describe the current position of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. Some rumors were posted, suggesting it would be launched in summer, and there was even a Samsung support page which stirred things up. But then, like a plot twist in a latest movie, the latest leak suggests we would not be seeing this until October.

But here is the bright side – this delay could be beneficial, in fact. Samsung released the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 recently, so leaving their launches separate actually could give each phone that special time. Well, of course, nobody likes to be outshined, do they?

What Are the Features of The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE?

Here ‘s what we gathered from the whispers around the tech news, especially from the South Korean site, ET news; the Galaxy S24 FE is going to be a powerhouse. Imagine this: a 6.7 inches with a screen diagonal of, peak brightness of 1900 nits.

On the inside, it is believed to be powered by an Exynos 2400e chipset. Now, this might be a new version of the Exynos 2400 that we have seen in some of the other Galaxy S24 models, which is good but it is not a big revelation. Stated to offer 4,565mAh battery, this will do much to keep you powered all day long. That’s a bit on the heavier side than the base model of Galaxy S24 which means it will have a longer battery life – or as we like to call it, the rabbit of batteries.

And if you’re a photo enthusiast, there is nothing to complain about about the camera setup either. It includes a triple-lens rear camera with a resolution of 50MP on the primary camera. Thus, no matter if you are taking pictures of your dog, your meal or just a very beautiful sunset, S24 FE should perfectly suit you.

The Big Question

Wait there’s more – we still have not considered the price. Yes, I quite agree it’s like ordering from a restaurant only to find that there are no prices for the meals offered. However, based on specifications, one would expect it to be cheaper than the other flagship models of Lenovo. However, there is currently no fixed price and it remains on guess work until the authorities set a figure.

Should You Wait?

So, do I wait until October for the real job or look for something which will keep me occupied in the meantime? That’s the million-dollar question. And if you are a fan of Samsung and these specifications sound attractive to you then, it might be worth waiting. Moreover, given how Samsung has adopted the approach of staggered launches, one does not have to worry about FOMO for a little bit.

Final Thoughts

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE looks all set to be a decent mid-range, but some of the aspects are quite exciting. Waiting till October may seem like a very long time, but let us not forget the saying, ‘Good things come to those who wait.’
