Ferrari has launched its new entry-level model Portofino in India at a special event in New Delhi today. The four-seater 2-door model is the replacement of the previous Ferrari California T. The price of the Portofino in India starts at ₹ 3.5 Crore (ex-showroom) without any additional options selected.
Like the California T, Portofino also comes with a convertible hard-top. It gets sharper front fascia with new bumpers and boomerang shaped headlamps. Additionally, the two scoops on the hood give it a sportier stance. Other exterior details include carbon fibre side skirts and black details in the tail lamp houses.
Under the long hood, the Ferrari Portofino gets the similar 3.9-litre twin turbo V8 engine makes 600 bhp and has a peak torque output of 760 Nm. That massive torque helps the car to touch 100 km/h from standstill in just 3.5 seconds and will go on up to the top speed of 320 km/h.

Inside the cabin, Portofino gets a large 10.2-inch touchscreen at the center and an optional 8.8-inch separate screen on the passenger side. The high-end infotainment system also includes Apple CarPlay. The front gets electric seats which can be adjusted in 18 ways. The Portofino comes with a 2+2 seating configuration that makes it strictly a four-seater car.
