Sanjay Baweja

25 October 2016, India :

India’s largest e-commerce firm Flipkart said on Tuesday its chief financial officer Sanjay Baweja would leave the company at the end of this year.

Though Flipkart topped the recent Mega sale but the company is lacking to raise funds and this might be the very reason for his exit.

Baweja is the latest senior executive to leave Flipkart amid what has been a tough financial year for the online retailer. Earlier this year, Sachin Bansal was removed as its chief executive and replaced by Binny Bansal. One of the prime online retailer Flipkart also laid off 700 employees reason being lack of performance. Source- Livemint / Image- Reuters
