GirnarSoft, which runs India’s leading auto portals CarDekho.com, Gaadi.com and Zigwheels.com, has appointed Amol Naresh as Director-CRM. In his role, Amol will be responsible for growing the adoption of our CRM tools that are provided to auto dealer partners and OE manufacturers for better business processing.

GirnarSoft is a business value focused IT company working on offshore products and outsourced software development. Its emphasis is to create business value for its clients through innovations and their speedy implementations.

Prior to joining GirnarSoft, Amol was associated with Hansa Customer Equity Pvt. Ltd as a Program Manager for group wide implementation of CRM program on Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Mahindra & Mahindra.

Ankur Agarwal, Chief People Officer, GirnarSoft, said, “Customer relationship management (CRM) is the backbone of our offerings to our dealers and OE manufacturers and is a segway of opportunities for CarDekho’s network expansion. Amol’s previous association with leading players in the automobile manufacturer’s space provides him with in-depth insights that will come in handy as GirnarSoft gets ready for the next level of growth. We are delighted to have Amol on board.”

“GirnarSoft has established itself as a market leader in the Indian online automobile industry because of its diverse and user-centric offerings to consumers, dealers and manufacturers. CRM solutions are instrumental in the growth trajectory of the company and in sync with my field of experience. I wish to bring forth the knowledge and contribute towards continued success of the company,” says Amol Naresh.

GirnarSoft has been on a high with several entrepreneurs and business heads joining its leadership ranks recently. Some of these include Holidify CEO & co-founder Rohit Shroff (he joined GirnarSoft as the associate director, product and growth), LetsIntern co-founder Mayank Batheja (joined as the associate vice-president of CarDekho’s car owners’ business), and Fitrrati co-founder Amit Monga (joined as deputy director, CarDekho auctions).
