Outstation taxi service provider Gozo cabs has now secured an undisclosed amount from a bunch of Silicon Valley-based individuals which include the Jayan and Prem Jain.
The company as of now has a plans to use the fresh funds for expanding its service across the country, apart from launching the new products and strengthening tech infrastructure, the company revealed in a statement.
Gozo enlists the drivers and vehicles on the platform to offer the outstation travel services. Users can book the inter-city taxis for the one-way trips, round trips, and pre-planned packaged tours all across the globe. The platform also serves as an event organizer, travel agents, corporates and hotels.
The company which is owned and operated by the Gozo Technologies Pvt Ltd, the company was founded by the Sanjay Kumar and Deepesh Arora in the year 2015 November.
The company also has a shared cab service called GozoShare.
Kumar said, “Within three years, we have built an enviable network and a strong Pan-India presence to emerge as a leader in the outstation taxi travel market. This funding is a significant milestone in allowing us to expand the business, strengthen our development to offer end-to-end travel services and create value in the market.”
