If you have been waiting to lay your hands on the new Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, then let me tell you that the wait may not be over just yet. Samsung has slowed down on the shipment of these earbuds, and here are the reasons why.

What’s the Buzz About?

As it seems, it was not the smooth sail for some of the first Galaxy Buds 3 Pro owners as they began to tweet about a few quirks. They said that the ear tips were prone to easy tearing. Samsung realized this and changed the date provided on their website to August 28.

Samsung said that they have ceased for the time being shipping of the Buds 3 Pro to retailers. They said:

“We have received some reports regarding a limited number of early production Galaxy Buds3 Pro Moreover, we are incredibly serious about the issue and are dedicated towards maintaining a high quality standard of our products. We are swiftly investigating and improving the quality control measures. ”

In a more specific context, Samsung means, “Wait a tick, let us ensure that these buds are ready before they get delivered to you.”

Quality Control is Key

Samsung also aims to ensure that every pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro released on the market is of high quality. Thus they have temporarily stopped delivery to the distribution channels to conduct their quality assurance tests. Just like getting warmed up before going to a big match, you want to get your body and mind ready before you go out there.

They’ve said they’re sorry for any nuisance. This may seem like an apology for keeping you waiting a little longer.
If you are among the few (or the unlucky ones) who already got this pair and now encountering issues with it, Samsung has got your covered. You can look for contact information in this regard or reach out to your nearest Samsung Service Centre.

What Can You Conclude From This?

Those who were excited to groove with the latest release of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for the new product, this delay will dampen the mood. Samsung’s latest released statement claims that the delivery of smartphones and its equipment will be delayed to retailers which will also mean that customers will have to wait before they get to own one.

The Silver Lining

While this isn’t the preferable state of affairs, consumers would rather have the product delivered one or two days later than receive something that is bad. It is much like having to wait slightly more time for a dish in a restaurant since the cook wanted to ensure the dish is well cooked.

Final Thoughts

All in all, the company is not being innocent in making sure that once you are able to obtain a Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, it would be good-to-use buds. They are very dedicated to providing quality products and sometimes they give a sense that they are taking particularly unnecessary precautions to ensure that they are providing only high quality products. Well, then just wait patiently and await the news on the site.
