Gurgaon, June 8, 2015 – VeggyKart.com, the online grocery venture for home delivery, launches operations in Delhi NCR. VeggyKart provides a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables by providing consumers with quality products at market operating prices.

The company aims to make a difference for customers in the grocery e-commerce market with a same-day delivery service of handpicked and cleaned goods packed in bio degradable hygienic bags backed with excellent services.

Ravi Pahuja, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of VeggyKart.com, said: “With improved comfort of online payments, we see Indian consumers choosing to shop groceries online. VeggyKart was founded to replace the hassle of traditional shopping with an innovative alternative, so our customers can get quality products, when they need it without having to go to the market themselves.”

He added, “We strongly believe that there are 10-20% consumers in every geography, who would want the convenience of getting these products delivered at their doorsteps. It therefore seems obvious to us that with the right service, online grocery shopping will expand a lot in the next few years. We will be soon scaling up to cover the major population of the Delhi NCR.

VeggyKart.com has its own “pickers and packers” so when an order comes through it instantly goes to the pickers who handpick the items.  Based on the customer’s chosen delivery time slot and address, the products are delivered. Customers can pay online via commonly accepted payment methods.

VeggyKart.com is an online venture on home delivery of fresh fruits, vegetables and grocery. With best quality products procured through a network of farmers and wholesellers, VeggyKart is currently present in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR with plans to expand in other cities soon. VeggyKart provides consumers hassle-free, reliable and convenient delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables at their doorstep with most competitive market price. Products are handpicked, cleaned, hygienically handled & hygienically packed in bio degradable hygienic packages. Created out of passion for fresh fruits and vegetables VeggyKart is inspired by people who look forward to cooking only quality products in their kitchen to feed their families with love and care.
