Apple has launched smart battery cases for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR. The company claims that the new smart battery cases expands the battery life up-to 25 percent.
The smart battery cases provides protection to iPhones as well as charge the smartphone. The cases have silicon exterior and microfibre interior.
The smart cases are also compatible with a wireless charger. The cases also supports lightning accessories.
The product pages of smart cases mentioned AirPower Support. However the company removed AirPower Support from the description later.
Apple might launch it’s own wireless charger (AirPower Wireless Charging Mat) later this year.
The smart cases are available in US. There is no news about it’s Indian availability. The smart cases for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR are priced at $129 in US (about ₹9,100).
