Awfis opens its largest Space centre in Bengaluru

One of the largest homegrown co-working space provider Awfis Space Solutions has now opened its largest center in the Bangalore which is spread around 63000 square feet and can even house around 1050 workstations.

The company as of now has 20 centers in the Southern India which includes the Bangalore and Hyderabad, totaling around 10000 seats.

“Bengaluru is a big market, and this is our fourth center in a CBD (central business district) and 11th in Bengaluru,” said Sumit Lakhani, Chief Marketing Officer, Awfis Space Solutions.

The center is already occupied 80% as a result of which the pre-launch sale of its seats to clients such as the Frontizo Business Service, The Math Company, Reliance Communications, Equal Experts and others.

Awfis Space Solutions operates its second largest center, which is spread across the 50000 sq feet in Pune which is the biggest market for the company with the 7000 seats across the 12 centers.

“We have a network of 63 centers and 30,000-plus seats spread across 10 cities and aim to double capacity to 60,000 seats in the next 12 months,” said Lakhani.
