Car cleaning startup CleanseCar has acquired Carnanny in an all-stock deal. The financial details have not been disclosed yet.
The entire team of Carnanny will join CleanseCar and enrich the company’s technology and operations work in Mumbai.
The acquisition was mediated by CleanseCar’s investor and Carnanny’s mentor Mr. Dhianu Das, Founder, Alfa Ventures.
Kalyandhar Vinukonda, Founder, CleanseCar, said, “This acquisition has made us the market leader in our segment and the only one to provide on-demand car care services in Mumbai. This is one more step towards our goal of streamlining the 5 Billion dollar car care industry by introducing standardisation and the use of technology. We will now be joined in our journey by the team of Carnanny helmed by Vikas, a guy with exceptional entrepreneurial skills.”

CleanseCarwas founded by Kalyandhar Vinukonda and Pratibha Shalini in January 2018. It is a tech enabled car wash start up. It uses advanced technologies like AI and Complex reporting.
Carnanny is a waterless car wash service. The compay claims that it currently services 1000+ cars in 32 societies and 2 lacs washes are delivered.
