14 August 2018, India:

Cloud telephony company Knowlarity has completed the 2-step integration process by now absorbing Sunoray’s end-to-end cloud-SaaS customer relationship management arm ‘Tentacle’.

“Tentacle is an innovative product with a robust product roadmap that leverages AI and Machine Learning to maximize sales for its customers. Sunoray has a wide customer base across verticals and we plan on leveraging our expansive presence combined with Sunoray’s extensive domain-specific expertise to grow rapidly in the next 3 years,” said Ambarish Gupta, Founder and CEO, Knowlarity.

“Given that the demand for Cloud-SaaS products and solutions is at an inflection point, we expect explosive growth over the next three years,” said Sumontro Roy, Co-Founder, Sunoray.

Sunoray Solutions was founded by Rahul Arora and Sumontro Roy in 2014. It provides cloud based solutions for businesses. These solutions are conveniently available as downloadable apps on the cellphone. These help businesses take advantage of Sunoray’s enterprise level solutions to Prospect, Acquire, Service, Engage and Retain customers.
