eBikeGo, which provides the electric two-wheeler on rent, has now secured $300000 in a fresh funding round led by the Startup Buddy. The round also saw the participation from some other investors like the Rajesh and Singer Sukhbir Singh.
eBikeGo will now be going to use the fresh funding to expand into the four new cities, which include Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, for increasing their fleet in cities they are already present in.
The startup is also working on expanding its service network in the different parts of the city to offer a solution for the customers and business partners using the two-wheelers of electric.
“eBikeGo is solving the major problem of pollution in India by converting the fleet of petrol two-wheeler to electric, and at the same time, it is helping the driver to increase their take-home income by more than 25%. This is the part that interested me most,” said Amit Singal, founder of Startup Buddy in a statement.
