Floap, which is a Bangalore based tech-enabled platform for the pet owners and pet service providers, has now secured an undisclosed amount of fund in the seed funding round from the clutch of Indian and global angel investors.
The investors who contributed in the funding round include the Rohit Nanda, Shabir Momin, Pridyarshi Mohapatra, and Saurabh Pathak.
The startup will be going to be used to scale up its business in different areas. Founded in the month of Maay 2018, by the Shruthi Nithin, Floap it is a platform for the pet service and pet owners providers across India to connect and help each other.
According to the website of Floap, its database contains the hundreds of verified listing for services that will even assist a pet parent from the moment they decide to own a pet such as the training providers, veterinarians, adoption centers, pet sitters and more.
Floap also partners with Animal Angels Foundation, which is an NGO that focuses on the Animal Assisted Therapy.
