Rockstar Games has dropped a major update for GTA Online, and it’s all about high living. A Safehouse in the Hills introduces a trio of ultra-premium mansions, new missions, high-end vehicles, and several exclusive perks designed to elevate life in Los Santos. Here’s the thing — this update blends lifestyle upgrades with story-driven content, making it one of the more well-rounded additions in recent months.
Three New Mansions Hit the Market

Players can now buy one of three new sprawling mansion safehouses via Prix Luxury Real Estate: Richman Villa, The Tongva Estate, and The Vinewood Residence. Each property comes loaded with functional upgrades. The highlight is the built-in AI Assistant that handles fast travel to owned properties, party hosting, and even boosts business production.
These homes aren’t just for show. The Master Control Terminal lets players manage all their businesses remotely, while Trophy Cabinets add a personal touch. Outdoor luxuries include a pool, a hot tub, and a yoga terrace complete with gym gear that temporarily boosts player stats. There’s even a kennel for naming and caring for your in-game companions.
A massive 20-vehicle garage and driveway space ensure your collection sits pretty. Every mansion also ships with a complimentary Mansion Volatus helicopter. Optional upgrades like an Indoor Car Podium, Vehicle Workshop, Armory, and private security complete the fantasy.
A Lineup of New Vehicles

The update brings three fresh rides: the Pfister X-treme, Übermacht Sentinel XS4, and Grotti GT750. Players who reach Prix Luxury Black Tier VIP status by December 7 can snag a free Übermacht Revolter with a limited Sessanta Nove Monogram livery.
Completing all three New Listings missions pushes players into Gold Tier, unlocking a Black Rockstar Varsity Crewneck and a hefty GTA$1,000,000 reward, plus a GTA$2,000,000 discount on any of the new properties.
New Missions and Familiar Faces
The KnoWay Out mission series puts players alongside Avi Schwartzman as they dismantle a dangerous surveillance network run by a self-driving startup. These missions are open to all players.
For longtime fans, a surprise awaits: Michael De Santa and Amanda return to the world of GTA Online. Michael steps back into the spotlight once you purchase your first mansion, adding another narrative thread to the game.
Creators also get a boost with a new Mission Creator tool that allows full mission design, from mechanics to NPC placement to custom objectives.
Bonus Perks for GTA+ Members
GTA+ members get a week-long early access window for the Vapid FMJ MK V supercar. Mansion owners with GTA+ gain extra perks and a new Vinewood Club App feature for staff management.
More Coming Post-Launch
Rockstar has confirmed ongoing content drops following the update, including new missions, modes, vehicles, and a new Getaway Driver random event. The update also adds four new emotes and expands missile lock-on jammer compatibility to 50 additional vehicles.
The A Safehouse in the Hills update doesn’t just expand your map, it expands your lifestyle in Los Santos.
