After answering the two crucial questions of a new startup founder on How to validate one’s idea and How to build a great team, Headstart Ahmedabad chapter is back with the third session on How to start a start-up?, the 6-month long series helping the entrepreneurs through their startup cycle. The theme for the March Edition is Basics of Starting Up.

The edition will cover the basics of starting up, the legal compliances, how to incorporate, from understanding your equity and ESOP arrangements to employee and vendor contracts. Startup founders, not being aware of the extensive business regulations in India can end up with many bottlenecks in their business. To understand the basics of the law and the multiple threads of it join Headstart Ahmedabad on 11th March 2017.
