Titans in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions are no joke. These towering monstrosities are some of the toughest enemies you’ll face, and taking one down requires strategy, teamwork, and a solid understanding of your Hero Class. If you’ve ever found yourself flattened under a Titan’s massive fist or obliterated by their devastating attacks, this guide will help you turn the tables. Here’s everything you need to know to bring these behemoths down.

Before charging into battle, it’s important to know what you’re up against. Titans are massive, heavily armored enemies that deal insane amounts of damage. They don’t go down easily, and their attacks can wipe out an unprepared squad in seconds. Unlike smaller enemies, Titans have multiple phases, meaning their behavior changes as their health drops. Some might summon minions, while others unleash area-of-effect attacks that force you to constantly reposition.

Choosing the Right Hero Class

Your Hero Class plays a huge role in how you approach a Titan fight. Each class has strengths that can be the difference between victory and defeat.

  • Shadow Caller: If you prefer mobility and support, this class is a great pick. You can transform into ravens to avoid heavy attacks, heal allies, and deal explosive damage from a distance. Shadow Callers are excellent for staying alive while keeping pressure on the Titan.
  • The Hunter: Built for precision, Hunters excel at dealing massive single-target damage. Their Bull’s-eye Blade can mark the Titan, increasing damage from the whole team. If your squad needs a heavy hitter to focus down the Titan’s health bar, a skilled Hunter is invaluable.
  • Rift Ripper: Perfect for crowd control, Rift Rippers can weaken the Titan while buffing allies. Their Rift Crystals enhance team damage and armor, making them essential for prolonged fights. If the Titan summons smaller enemies, a Rift Ripper can clear them out fast.

Switching classes mid-fight isn’t an option, so pick one that fits your playstyle and stick with it.

Gear Up for the Fight

Even the best Hero Class won’t save you if your gear isn’t up to par. Before facing a Titan, make sure you’ve got the right weapons and gadgets.

  • Plasma Pistols: These are a solid choice for ranged damage, letting you stay mobile while chipping away at the Titan’s health. Their Sprint Spin attack is great for dodging while still dealing damage.
  • War Hammer: If you prefer melee, the War Hammer’s heavy hits can stagger the Titan, creating openings for your team. Just be careful—its slow swings leave you vulnerable if you mistime your attacks.
  • Dual Daggers: Fast and agile, these blades let you dart in and out of danger. Their Spiral Cuts can deal decent damage if you’re brave enough to stay close.

Gadgets are just as important. Equip ones that boost health, reduce cooldowns, or increase ability damage. Every little advantage counts when you’re up against a Titan.

Teamwork is Key

Titans are designed to punish solo players. A coordinated team will always have a better chance. Here’s how to maximize your squad’s effectiveness:

  • Assign Roles: Have one player focus on drawing the Titan’s attention (preferably a Shadow Caller or Rift Ripper with good mobility) while others deal damage.
  • Focus Fire: Don’t scatter your attacks. Concentrate on one weak point or limb to stagger the Titan faster.
  • Revive Quickly: If a teammate goes down, prioritize reviving them. A full team means more damage and better survival odds.

Mastering the Fight

Now that you’re prepped, here’s how to handle the battle itself.

Phase 1: The Opening Assault

Titans usually start with slow, telegraphed attacks. Watch for wind-up animations—these signal heavy slams or shockwaves. Dodge sideways rather than backward to avoid getting caught in follow-up attacks.

  • Ranged Fighters: Stay at a safe distance and pepper the Titan with shots. Plasma Pistols are great here.
  • Melee Fighters: Wait for openings after big attacks, then rush in for a few hits before retreating.

Phase 2: Increased Aggression

Once the Titan’s health drops below 70%, it often becomes more aggressive. Some may summon smaller enemies or unleash area attacks.

  • Clear Minions First: If adds spawn, take them out fast. They can overwhelm you if ignored.
  • Watch for Tells: Titans often glow or charge up before big attacks. Learn these signals to dodge in time.

Phase 3: The Desperation Phase

Below 30% health, Titans often enter a frenzied state, attacking faster and harder.

  • Play Defensively: Focus on survival. Let teammates with high mobility keep the Titan distracted while others deal the final blows.
  • Use Ultimates Wisely: Save your Hero’s ultimate ability for this phase. A well-timed ult can finish the fight before the Titan wipes your squad.
