Secure a Prism Scale
This is something you cannot skip. You can find these tucked away in the Lumiose Sewers or by completing specific Restoration Tasks in the city’s construction zones. Getting it here is paramount as the remaining steps depend on it. If the stars are in your favor, you can head to the Shambles Market, as vendors there sometimes rotate them into their stock for a high price in Credits.
Catch your Feebas
Since it is a Water type, you need to be around water. You’ll need to head to the Submerged Districts or find a Hyperspace Distortion near water. They are still as rare as ever, so make sure that you bring some bait to lure them out of those hiding places.
The Trade
