Do you want to evolve your Krokorok? It is a cute Pokémon with abilities that are unmatched. In this guide, we will discuss how you can evolve it and improve its features and powers in the game. Let us walk you through the steps to do the same.
About Krokorok
Krokorok is a Ground/Dark-type Pokémon and is the second stage of the croc-themed line, evolving from Sandile and evolving further to become the strong and massive Krookodile. It usually lives in a desert, and this is known as the “Desert Croc Pokémon.” Krokorok is primarily a physical attacker in battle and has sharp skills like Intimidate or Moxie to either weaken the opponent or gain a big attack boost in the battle. It’s an important member of any Unova-region team! When you look at it, you will find something different than any other Pokémon. Its eyes are covered with a special membrane that lets it see perfectly in the dark and also protects it from sandstorms.
Where can we find Krokorok?
Like we discussed, Krokorok is a desert Pokémon, and that’s why you’ll typically find it in the sandy, arid regions of any Pokémon game you’re playing. It originally comes from the Unova region from Pokémon Black and White, where you can find it wandering in special places like the Relic Castle or other desert routes. No matter what game you play, it won’t be so difficult to look for it. In the more recent games like Scarlet and Violet, you can look for it in the Savanna Biome of the Blueberry Academy’s Terarium. But let us suggest something! It is much easier to catch a Sandile and then evolve it than catch an evolved Sandile, i.e., Korokrok. However, it’s your call, and you can do it however you want to.
Steps to evolve Krokorok
If you want to evolve your Krokorok, then these are the steps that will come in handy.
Reach the Target Level
This is a simple evolution where you don’t have to do much. Krokorok evolves into Krookodile simply by leveling up to Level 40. So, just make sure you reach that level before anything.
Train Well
You will have to battle lots of wild Pokémon, use it in Trainer battles, or even feed it some Rare Candies and Experience Candies to quickly reach Level 40.
Evolve How You Can
The first thing you’ve got to remember is that Krokorok itself evolves from Sandile at Level 29. If you are starting from the beginning, you’ll need to hit Level 29 first, and then Level 40 for the final evolution to take place. The evolution will take place on its own time and will eventually turn into Ground/Dark-type, Krookodile.
That is all you need to know to evolve Krokorok, no matter what game you are playing. However, some variations may exist depending on this very factor, so make sure you once again check for this process for that very game. Happy Gaming!
