Where is Rockruff found?
It is not difficult to find Rockruff, and it is a beautiful dog-shaped Pokémon that will catch your eye instantly. Rockruff is a native of the Alola region, so you’ll probably find him there in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon, specifically in places like Ten Carat Hill and even sometimes on Route 1. You can visit any of these places and it will be good! However, if you’re playing the newer games, like Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can find Rockruff roaming around the Paldea region. It is usually spotted in rocky or mountainous areas in the Southern and Western Provinces, where you can look for it! Steps to evolve Rockruff

- The first thing to do is to reach Level 25. Rockruff needs to hit this level to even consider evolving, and the rest comes later.
- Now for Midday Form Lycanroc. Level up your Rockruff during the daytime, which is usually 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM in most games. This gives you the sleek form, which is also fast. For Midnight Form Lycanroc, you need to level up your Rockruff during the nighttime, which is between 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This results in the more aggressive, werewolf-like form, which will give a tough fight to your opponent.
- But if you’re looking for something special – Dusk Form Lycanroc, your Rockruff has to have the special ability Own Tempo. Just level it up during the evening, which is the short twilight period, typically 5:00 PM – 6:59 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:59 PM, depending on the game you are playing. You’ll get a calmer but stronger Pokémon that will win you battles like anything!
