Do you want to evolve your Slowpoke? Follow the steps given inside the guide to know how you can evolve this Pokémon. It’s quite a process that will give you the Pokémon you’ve been looking for. So, let’s get started.
About Slowpoke
Slowpoke is one of the craziest and most unique Pokémon to exist ever. It’s easily one of the most relatable Pokémon because it just exists in its famous state of permanent confusion. You will find it sitting in front of the ocean, and even when it gets bitten, it takes about five seconds to actually feel the pain. So, that’s pretty unique. Its appearance is really pretty and charming in its own way. There is a strong sense of calm about this Pokémon that is just so amazing. To get it evolved is a tricky task, though. We’ll discuss the process for the same in the next process, but it is definitely not the easiest.
What does Slowpoke evolve into?
Slowpoke has two main paths it can take when you decide to evolve it. It can evolve into the powerful Slowbro or the more refined and “intelligent” Slowking. If you’re using a Galarian Slowpoke, it also has its own regional versions of both Galarian Slowbro and Galarian Slowking, which are really cool.
Method to evolve Slowpoke
If you want to evolve your Slowpoke, then this may take a while. Follow these steps for help.
Slowbro – The Classic Way
This is the primary and most common way that players usually go for. You don’t need any special items for this and just have to level your Slowpoke up to Level 37. After that, it’ll spontaneously evolve. It happens automatically, and you will find your Pokémon evolving.
Slowking
The other way, which is a little more sophisticated, is that you need to have your Slowpoke hold a King’s Rock and then trade it to another player. When you do so, it’ll evolve into Slowking the moment the trade is complete.
Galarian Slowbro
Now, since the version of the game you’re playing also matters, in the case of Sword/Shield DLC, you’ll need to collect 8 Galarica Twigs and give them to an NPC on the Isle of Armor to craft a Galarica Cuff. After that, you can use that item on your Galarian Slowpoke.
Galarian Slowking
If you want to do it further, you can also give this one a try. Here, you need 15 Galarica Twigs to get a Galarica Wreath from an NPC in the Crown Tundra.
That is all you need to know about evolving your Slowpoke. It’s a treat irrespective of what it evolves into, and you’ll love it!
