For example, if you previously received an Amazing rating, replaying the challenge and reaching Spectacular or Ultimate can increase your total rewards. This makes older challenges worth returning to when you need a few extra tokens for an upgrade or suit.
Before replaying a challenge, look at what affected your previous score. A cleaner route, faster combat, better gadget use, or fewer mistakes can make a major difference.
Use Gadgets And Suit Powers
Your gadgets and suit powers can make Taskmaster Challenges much easier. Combat challenges, in particular, become more manageable when you use abilities that control groups of enemies or build your combo quickly.
Finishers are also useful because they can remove dangerous enemies quickly. For movement-based challenges, practice swinging and web-zipping before starting another attempt. Knowing the route can save valuable seconds.
Challenge Tokens In The DLC
If you own The City That Never Sleeps downloadable content, you have another source of Challenge Tokens. The DLC introduces Screwball Challenges, which work similarly to Taskmaster’s activities.
These challenges include Bomb, Combat, Stealth, EMP, and Gadget variations. They also use performance-based ratings and can provide additional Challenge Tokens.
