Where is Latios found in Legends ZA?
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you will have to look around specific spots to find Latios. Latios is usually found within the Mega Dimension DLC, which takes place in an otherworldly version of Lumiose City called Hyperspace Lumiose. To encounter him, you first need to complete Hyperspace Mission 12. This is the basic prerequisite that gets it going. Afterward, you need to return to the Rust Syndicate and speak with Phillipe to perform a special scan. This ultimately unlocks access to Rank 5 Hyperspace Dimensions, where Latios has a random chance of appearing. You heard it! It still doesn’t come with a guarantee. Complete the Main DLC Story
To get eligible, you first need to finish the primary campaign of the expansion and complete Hyperspace Mission 12.
Visit the Rust Syndicate
After you’ve taken care of that, head over to the Syndicate headquarters and find Phillipe. Speak with Phillipe to perform a Special Scan, which simply requires completing another Survey first. It may look and seem tedious, but rest assured, as it’s the only way to open high-level portals in the game.
Find a Rank 5 Hyperspace Dimension
Look for 5-Star Unknown Zones on your map. These areas are important to spot to take further action. Latios has a random chance to spawn in these specific hyperspace rifts!
Catch Him
Start a battle and face him. Since he’s a “Rogue Mega,” lowering his HP significantly is important before throwing your Poké Ball. When you do that, you get the chance to bag it.
Get the Mega Stone
