Check for an active event
Well, you cannot skip it, as this is where everything unlocks! Shiny Meltan is only available during special promotional periods, such as Pokémon GO anniversary events or Pokémon HOME celebrations. If there is no event running, you may not be able to find one, no matter where you look.
Set up a connection to Pokémon HOME
