Wondering how many friends you’ve made on Snapchat? It’s always easy to check! Follow the guide to know how you can see the number of people who are your friends on the platform. It is simple and takes only a couple of minutes. So, let’s get started.

Can I see my total friends on Snapchat?

Snapchat isn’t the kind of platform that gives you the numbers just like that. It is a bit mysterious and doesn’t offer the total number. Unlike other platforms, it prioritizes privacy over popularity, so it can get tough. While there isn’t a single button to view the number, you can find it through a clever workaround in your Snap Map settings. By selecting “Only These Friends” and hitting “Select All,” the app will display the exact count of people you’re sharing your location with! You can consider this as your total friend list. It’s not an official “data” per se, but it’s the most accurate number that you’ll get here.

Ways to see total friends on Snapchat

If you want to see the total number of friends on Snapchat, these are the ways that you can follow.

The Snap Map Shortcut

This is the best option if you go for accuracy. If you go to your Map settings and choose the option to share your location with “Only These Friends,” you can tap “Select All.” Snapchat will then show you exactly how many people you’ve selected. This is effectively your total friend count, and you can rely on it. Since it’s possibly all the people you have on your account, that’s all you need to know.

The “All Friends” List

If you go to your profile and tap “My Friends,” you’ll see everyone you’re connected with. While Snapchat doesn’t label the list with a total number, here you can see the names of the people who are added to your account.

The Birthdays

This again doesn’t get you the entire number. Sometimes, checking the “Birthdays” section within your chat list can give you a list of people and their birthdays, letting you have a number to guess.

Looking at your Snapscore

It is not a purely reliable indicator. But the snapscore that you have will give you the number estimate for the total snaps you must have sent and received, giving an idea of the total active connections.

These are some of the ways that can help you see the total number of active connections and friends on the platform. You can go with whatever works for you the best!
