Finish the Main Story
You must first beat the main campaign of Pokémon Legends: Z-A and see the credits roll. That’s the primary requirement after which everything else has to be done, and you need to get it done.
Claim the Mystery Gift
As the next step, simply connect your game to the internet and go to the Link Play menu. After that, select Mystery Gift and choose to “Get via Internet.”
Download “Project M”
Now select the “Project M” gift to receive the necessary items – Mewtwonite X and Mewtwonite Y Mega Stones. After this, the mission will be added to your game.
Go to Lysandre Café
Fast travel to the café in Magenta Sector 2 of Lumiose City, which will be the Lysandre Café. Once there, head to the back to go into Lysandre Labs. Take the elevator down to the B3F floor and walk into the main computer room to start the final encounter with the Pokémon you want!
