What are scheduled posts on LinkedIn?

Scheduled posts on LinkedIn are a special feature that allows users and pages to create needed content, like some updates, articles, or even videos, and then fix or set a specific future date and time for them to be automatically published. Yes, it skips the manual work and time. Although you do the work beforehand, you can skip the part where you have to wait till you can post it. This is a key part of content strategy and time management. Instead of manually posting immediately, you can create some content and ensure it goes live when your audience is most active, even if you are offline or busy.  This consistency helps maintain an active, professional presence and gets you a good engagement with your followers.

Steps to find the scheduled posts on LinkedIn

Now that we know it is possible to make scheduled posts in LinkedIn, let’s first see how and where we can find them.

Go to the Post Creation Area

Log in to your LinkedIn account, and then from your LinkedIn homepage, you need to start the process of creating a new post. To do this, just click on the “Start a post” button. That doesn’t post anything for you, and this is just the primary step.

Look for the Clock Icon

In the new ‘Create a post’ window that pops up, try to look for the little clock icon, which says “Schedule for later”. On the desktop, you may find it at the bottom, while in the application, it may be somewhere in the center that you’ll have to find.

View All Scheduled

When you click that clock icon, a small scheduling pop-up will appear on the screen. Within this box, you should see an option that says “View all scheduled posts. You have to click on it to find the list of all the scheduled tasks right there!

Manage Your Content as Per the Needs

When you see all the posts that are scheduled to be posted, you can pick to edit or change anything from there. Yes, from here, you can easily review, edit the time/date, or delete any post you have planned for the upcoming days.

That is how you can find the scheduled posts on LinkedIn and even edit one or more things about them in the dedicated section. Their posts can be anything you find important and necessary for the page or account. It just makes managing them easier.
